This session will focus on developing the key skills required for effective setting, including hand positioning, footwork, and precision. Athletes will work on improving consistency in delivering accurate sets, decision-making in various game situations, and quick transitions from defense to offense. Emphasis will also be placed on communication, timing with hitters, and running different offensive plays.
