YOUTH RECREATIONAL VOLLEYBALL
2025 REC VOLLEYBALL FOCUS
We are really excited to offer recreational volleyball for two different age groups (U10-U12 & U13-U15).
What is rec volleyball?
Rec volleyball is a great opportunity for athletes to learn a little and have some fun playing a variety of games. We want athletes who join our rec league to love the great sport of volleyball, no matter what their past experiences may be with the sport.
Many athletes who join this may be experienced at a school level or may be newer to the game and/or maybe club volleyball isn't currently a fit based on the time commitment of it. Athletes who do play club may also be interested as well.
Each session will include some skill development, with one main skill focus each session, followed by a variety of different game play opportunities. Also, we may include Smashball early on, especially for the younger group, to help teach some basic concepts and in order to allow for an easier access point to the sport.
